Returns
We offer a full money back guarantee. To qualify you must email us with details of your complaint within 7 days of the goods arriving and await our reply. We will ask you to return your goods. We recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
Payment
We accept payment by Credit / Debit cards and PayPal. All credit/debit card details given to this site are secure. Any charges will appear on your credit/debit card statement as ‘Veronica Massa'.
Please note that all orders are processed manually and payment is taken only when the order is ready to be despatched.
Those wishing to pay by BACS have the option to do so, sending payment to Veronica Massa, sort code 09-01-29 Account number 07875876. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and your goods despatched.
Prices
All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
Due to the substantial postal increase in April 2012, we have had to introduce a postal charge.
Postage and Packaging
Orders are processed and dispatched usually within 48 hours.
Orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st class, signed for.
We will contact you if for some reason, we are unable to fulfill your request.
Saturday delivery is available at extra cost.
For orders sent outside the UK, postage will be charged at the current rate. We will use Royal Mail registered services. Goods travel at your own risk and we do not accept responsability. We won't replace the goods, should your order be lost or damaged in transport. Royal Mail does not offer insurance, if you wish to insure your goods, we can advise you to use our own courier company or one of your own choice. Insurance will be charged at extra cost.
